Some people had to wait for years before they could get their property sold but some luckier ones had their property sold within a short few months. A girlfriend who emigrated to New Zealand is one of those lucky ones. She attributed her luck to having a good real estate broker who managed to expedite the process in time before she and her family left for Auckland. She has been there for some years now but has come back for a yearly visit since as her siblings are still here.
