Have you been to a Garage Sale?
I've often seen garage sales being advertised in the local dailies but have so far been to just one and that was many years ago. The other day, I went to another one with two other girlfriends. One of them was looking for second-hand bar stools. I was surprised to see shirts going for a Ringgit and they were pretty good ones too. Was looking out for original paintings but too bad there wasn't any.

Garage sale? Do Malaysians' houses have garages???
ReplyDeleteGarage sale is common in the U.S. And no permit is needed to hold a garage sale.
It's common here too in the expats community, usually the Westerners, when they're preparing to repatriate.
