T-shirt with a message

I saw this t-shirt print on a Nuffnang ad and it made me smile. I think this is a real concern as more and more people use text to communicate and the short-forms and short-cuts have slowly but surely crept into our regular written communication. And we wonder why our English standard is not improving? Is it just us in this part of the world or is it universal? Would love to hear your thoughts.
